 Jean Pierre holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut, and a Master's degree in High Performance Structures from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. With more than 15 years of experience, and having worked with world-class international engineering companies on a multitude of projects ranging in size from single family residences to large scale mega-projects, Mr. Chakar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in structural design, project management, and construction methods.
Mr. Chakar is a licensed PE and SE in the state of California, and a licensed PE in Colorado.

Alice holds a Bachelor's from architecture form Woodbury University and a Master's degree in Building Science and Architecture from the University of Southern California. An expert in Parametric Modeling using Generative Design Methodologies, Alice has worked on complicated projects and can rationalize designs into simple buildable solutions.
